When residents come together around a common cause, change happens. Sutton Insight brings local people together to cover issues that matter to people’s lives.

Sutton Insight is a community project run by Carshalton & Wallington Labour Party which aims to cut through the noise and provide clarity on local issues. From time to time we’ll host independent petitions and thought pieces where the community will benefit.

We want to give local residents a voice for issues and provide the facts so that our community can stay informed on local issues. Yes sometimes this will be anti other parties, but only where they’re doing a bad job and that’s the nature of the press!

Not the biggest fan of Labour? No worries, just think of it like reading the Times, the Guardian or the Daily Mail. Another perspective can’t hurt, and if it does, all your money back! (We don’t charge any money so we can’t actually give anything back, sorry about that.)

Whilst some people think politics is a dirty word, it’s really not! Politics governs much of the world we live in and it’s not just right vs left. It’s about shaping our community and making it right for everyone. That’s why we work with residents and promote their issues as well. The Labour party is about giving a voice to people and we want to stay true to that.

If you or your neighbours have an issue, please feel free to raise it with us and we’ll look at covering it, starting petitions and following up where possible. If it’s important to you, it’s important to us and the Insight Team is passionate about our community.

Lastly, we’re all volunteers who care about our borough and wider issues. That’s why this started and why we’ll keep going. Lets build something better together!
